It’s Official! Another Royal Wedding!
We don’t know about you, but our team over at DE is so excited about the royal engagement news! We got up at 4am for Prince William and Kate’s big day and plan to do the same to watch Prince Harry and Meghan Markle tie the knot! We can’t get over how GORGEOUS that ring is! Rumor has it the diamond stunner was designed by Prince Harry himself, complete with diamonds from Princess Diana’s personal jewelry collection. Swoon. We’ve been a fan of this couple from the start and we couldn't be happier for them! We love how romantic and organic their love story is. Although we’ll have to wait until spring 2018 to hear all of the official wedding details (we can’t wait to see her dress!) their adorable engagement photos and that stunning sparkler will have to hold us over for now. You can be sure we’ll be following along every step of the way until their special day! Congratulations and best wishes to the happy couple!!

~The Detailed Engagements Team
It seems fitting to us that today, on November 1st, we write a blog about how to give thanks! So often we are asked by our clients about this topic. Who do they thank? When do they thank people? How about thanking vendors? How does this work? So here it is! Plain and simple.
Our parents always taught us to say please and thank you and when it comes to weddings this still is the case! Saying thank you is a MUST! Yes, you are the star of your day but thanking your guests and those who helped bring your day to life should be a TOP priority after you say I Do.
When do you thank people???
A thank you goes a long way and means so much to people! It is such a simple gesture but one that is all too often forgotten. Do not let yourself be the person who does not property thank the people who made your wedding day special. I know you have put a lot of time and energy into your special day but when you step back and look at it, it takes a village. Thank those people. They worked hard for you. Say thank you.
